The Blue Jays pitcher’s now-fiancee revealed their engagement on Instagram on Tuesday, sharing touching photos that
perfectly captured the special moments.
The images feature the couple taking selfies, Anita flashing her gorgeous engagement ring, and the moment Pop proposed.
“Our lives were at their best on October 6th! It was emblazoned with the name of God. We are so happy right now that words cannot express how we feel,” Anita wrote in the description.
“The past week has been a complete dream but one we never ever have to wake up from,” she said. “Totally amazed at how
God had ready us for this. I am getting married my closest companion, and I am the luckiest girl alive. Your fiancée loves you
unconditionally, both now and forever.”
