Out of their first six games, Wayne Rooney’s team has won one, lost three, and drawn two.

This next weekend, the Pilgrims will be looking to bounce back from their previous 1-0 loss to league leaders West Brom.

Josh Maja’s goal shortly after the hour mark secured all three points for Plymouth, who had defeated Sunderland the previous day, but were unable to make it two wins in a row against the current leaders of the Championship.

This coming weekend, Rooney’s team will begin off at Home Park on Friday night at 8 p.m. against Luton Town.

Plymouth lineup changes claim made

When asked what lineup additions he would want to see this weekend, FLW commentator Chris, a Plymouth supporter, recommended Rami Al Hajj and Muhammad Tijani.

Despite the fact that the two have only made one league start combined this season since joining the team in the summer, he thinks their inclusion in the lineup could benefit the team’s performance against the Baggies.

“There are still a few adjustments I would make, even though Argyle’s starting lineup against the league-leading West Brom proved to be a handful for the opposition,” Chris said to Football League World.

“The first would be to insert our aggressive midfielder from Sweden, Rami Al Hajj, in place of Adam Forshaw in the midfield.

“This is because, at the period that he has played, he has presented great link-up play between the midfield and the forwards, as well as providing that burst of energy that we so desperately needed.

“The other player I would consider bringing in would be Muhamed Tijani, our striker.

“This is because a lot of our attacking play seems to be coming from the wings, crossing the ball into the centre of the box.

“With this in mind we do have some pacey strikers, like Michael Obafemi and Ryan Hardie.

“However, they lack the strength to be able to get into the box and around the bigger defenders many times.

“Because of this, I believe giving Muhamed Tijani the chance to be able to get into those attacking positions, and present a different type of striker to their defensive line would be a positive step.”
