Boston Bruins star David Pastrnak is celebrating a momentous occasion both on and off the ice.
Following a record-breaking season with 61 goals and 113 points, Pastrnak and his girlfriend, Rebecca
Rohlsson, have announced the arrival of their daughter, Freya Ivy Pastrnak.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Pastrnak expressed his joy, saying, “We’ve dreamt about this moment for a
long time, and I couldn’t be more proud of my two beautiful girls. I can’t wait to watch you be the best
mamma to our little nugget.” This marks a significant milestone for the couple, who have been together
since July 2018.
Freya Ivy is their second child, following the tragic loss of their son, Viggo Rohl Pastrnak, who passed
away just six days after birth in June 2021. The Bruins organization took to Twitter to congratulate
Pastrnak and Rohlsson, sharing in the joy of their new addition. “Congratulations @pastrnak96 and
Rebecca on welcoming your baby girl, Freya Ivy! We are so happy for you!” the team tweeted.
As Pastrnak prepares for his 11th season with the Bruins, this new chapter in his personal life adds to the
excitement surrounding his future on the ice. With the support of his family and fans, Pastrnak looks to
continue making headlines both as a player and a proud father.
