Manchester, UK – In a surprise move, iconic post-punk band New Order has announced the release of their lost album, “Echo Wave”. The album, which was recorded in 1982 during the sessions for their critically-acclaimed album “Power, Corruption & Lies”, features 10 unreleased tracks that showcase the band’s signature blend of post-punk and electronic music.

According to the band’s lead vocalist, Bernard Sumner, “Echo Wave” was always intended to be a companion piece to “Power, Corruption & Lies”, but was ultimately shelved due to creative differences.

“We’re thrilled to finally share these lost tracks with our fans,” Sumner said in a statement. “These songs showcase a different side of New Order, and we’re excited for our fans to experience them.”

“Echo Wave” is set to be released on March 15, 2025, and will be available on all major streaming platforms.
