THE BEATLES’ FORMER BAND MEMBERS SET TO REUNITE FOR TRIBUTE TOUR

 

 

London, UK – In a historic announcement, the surviving family members and former collaborators of The Beatles have revealed plans for a tribute tour to celebrate the music and legacy of the iconic band.

 

 

The tour, titled “Liverpool Legends: A Tribute to The Beatles,” will feature Paul McCartney’s brother Mike McCartney, George Harrison’s son Dhani Harrison, John Lennon’s son Sean Lennon, and Ringo Starr’s drummer son Zak Starkey.

 

 

Joining forces with other renowned musicians, including Beatles producer Sir George Martin’s son Giles Martin, the tour promises to deliver an unforgettable experience for fans worldwide.

 

 

Speaking about the tour, Dhani Harrison said, “We’re thrilled to come together to celebrate the music of our fathers and the incredible legacy of The Beatles. This tour will be a heartfelt tribute to their music and memory.”

 

 

The “Liverpool Legends” tour will kick off in Liverpool, UK, on June 1, 2025, and will visit numerous cities across the globe, including New York City, Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Sydney.

 

 

The setlist will feature a wide range of Beatles classics, from “I Want to Hold Your Hand” to “Hey Jude,” as well as some deeper cuts and solo material from the individual band members.

 

 

Tickets for the tour will go on sale on March 20, 2025, with a portion of the proceeds going to support various charities, including the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, which was founded by Paul McCartney.
