initiative aimed at supporting the next generation of drivers. The project, dubbed “Jr. Motorsports Rising Stars,”
will provide up-and-coming racers with access to elite training, mentorship, and financial backing as they transition
into the sport’s upper echelons.
Earnhardt Jr., who retired from full-time driving in 2017, has since been focused on fostering talent through his
successful ownership of Jr. Motorsports, a team that has produced several prominent drivers over the years. Now,

“Racing has given me so much in my career, and I want to make sure the next generation has the same opportunities
to succeed,” Earnhardt Jr. said in a statement. “This new initiative will provide more than just cars and tracks. We’re
offering a complete support system—drivers will get the guidance they need, both on and off the track, to succeed in
NASCAR.”
The program will feature a selection process where drivers will be evaluated based on their performance in lower
divisions like the Xfinity Series, as well as their overall potential and work ethic. Earnhardt Jr. and his team at Jr.
Motorsports will mentor these young drivers, giving them invaluable advice on everything from technical skills to
navigating the business side of racing.
“We want to nurture talent in every possible way,” Earnhardt added. “This sport is about more than just fast cars. It’s

need to know to make it to the top.”
