Unofficial announcement cancelled
There’s been a lot of speculation that The Rolling Stones would soon announce their tour dates for this year.
However, it looks like that won’t happen in the next few days. But don’t worry, there’s no cause for concern.
At this point, there hasn’t been any official confirmation of a tour for this year. Everything we’ve been hearing is
based on rumors—recent ones, to be exact.
Initially, it was expected that the band would reveal dates for early summer (check out this post for the venues), but
now it seems this has been pushed back, possibly to late summer or fall. According to sources, there’s no serious
issue affecting the band or the tour, but rather some minor reasons for the delay. For example, it’s likely that
scheduling conflicts prevented the team from securing the 12+2 venues within a reasonable timeframe for the
summer, so they’re now aiming to lock in dates for later in the year.
So, all is well—long live The Rolling Stones!
