SABATON’s PÄR SUNDSTRÖM Announces ‘Lord Of Metal’: Where Rock And Metal Meet Video Games
The creators of Lord Of Metal, Horns Up Games, are pleased to announce the release of their game and the start of
its Kickstarter campaign. Lord Of Metal, developed by seasoned metal musicians, Wargaming, and Epic Games
veterans, promises to provide a gaming experience as intense as the riffs it honours. This purely sentimental homage
to and from old-school gaming youngsters from the 1980s and 1990s combines rock and metal with video games. An
honest game devoid of tricks and gimmicks.
Get ready to be blown away by Horns Up Games’ explosive new single-player story-driven heavy music festival
management simulator, Lord of Metal. In this game, you take control of a dystopian, bleak world overtaken by the
Grey by organising concerts and festivals. Start small and work your way up to become a major player. This game,
which is launching its Kickstarter campaign today, promises to be the best experience ever for gamers and
metalheads both.
Rock ‘n’ roll is a tough business, but Horns Up Games is happy to announce that Lord of Metal will be available on
Steam in early 2027, with further releases scheduled for the Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch. Including
DLCs and expansions, Horns Up Games wants to deliver an incredible premium core gaming experience on all major
platforms. As Horns Up Games intends to have the first demo build available by the upcoming GDC (Game
Developers Conference) event, fans can anticipate a sneak peek.

I’m Pär, and I’m a bass guitarist with the heavy metal group SABATON. My life has focused on the music industry for
the last twenty-five years: I’ve managed bands, played live, organised festivals, and more.
