ACCEPT UNVEILS NEW CONCEPT ALBUM RELEASE DATE SET FOR 2025

German heavy metal legends Accept have announced their latest project, a brand-new concept album titled “Rise of the Phoenix”. The album is set to be released on October 15, 2025, via Nuclear Blast Records.

According to the band, “Rise of the Phoenix” is a thematic album that tells the story of a world in chaos and the struggle for survival. The album will feature 12 tracks, including the lead single “Firestorm”, which will be released on June 1, 2025.

“We are thrilled to announce our new concept album, ‘Rise of the Phoenix’,” said Wolf Hoffmann, Accept’s lead guitarist. “This album is a culmination of our experiences and observations of the world around us. We can’t wait for our fans to hear it.”

The album was produced by Andy Sneap, who has worked with the band on several previous albums, including “Blood of the Nations” and “Stalingrad”. The cover art was designed by Hungarian artist Gyula Havancsák, who has also worked with the band on several previous albums.

Accept’s current lineup, which includes Mark Tornillo on lead vocals, Wolf Hoffmann on lead guitar, Uwe Lulis on rhythm guitar, Christopher Williams on drums, Martin Motnik on bass, and Philip Shouse on third guitar, will be touring in support of the album in 2025 and 2026.

Fans can expect a series of live shows and festival appearances, including a headlining slot at the Wacken Open Air festival in Germany. Tickets for the tour will go on sale on March 1, 2025.
