One of Ipswich Town’s summer signings has been sent home from international duty early after “breaking the rules”.
It has been confirmed that he will not be available for selection, even though he participated in his country’s opening game on Friday. He will now return to Ipswich Town to help them get ready for the Premier League’s return.
Ipswich were busy in the transfer window, signing 12 players in total.

The player in question, Arijanet Muric, the goalkeeper, was sent home by Kosovo.
Along with international teammates Edon Zhegrova and Florent Muslija, Muric, who cost £8 million to sign with Ipswich from Burnley in the summer, was sent home for “breaking the regulations of the national team.” More action is anticipated.
The Kosovan FA released a statement that read, “Three players, Arjanet Muric, Edon Zhegrova, and Florent Muslija, have left the national team gathering by joint decision of the manager Franco Foda and the federation due to breaking the national team regulations established by the manager and the federation.”
The FFK executive committee will choose whether to take additional action against the concerned players. Faton Maloku from FC Drita, the goalie who was waiting list eligible, will join the team in the interim.
He did not play in their Nations League loss to Romania, and he will not be taken into consideration for tonight’s match against Cyprus.
