The Chicago Bears had arranged a trade for Matthew Judon prior to the New England Patriots moving him to the Atlanta Falcons.
NFL rumours suggest that the Bears are linked to a new possibility now that Judon is off the market and Chicago still requires pass-rushing assistance.
Chicago’s leading pass rusher is available. The 27-year-old thrived after joining the Bears defence, demonstrating that the trade of Montez Sweat from the previous season went as intended.
To improve this defence, head coach Matt Eberflus is looking for a complementary edge rusher.
