Transfer news: Leeds United has begun negotiations to sign a gifted midfield player for £3.5 million…

This summer, the Whites are anticipated to be in the market for several reasons.

Leeds United open talks to sign £3.5m Italian 'jewel', have tested the waters for a few months

Due to an inherited credit card debt, a few players must be sold, but replacements must be brought in for those who must depart.

This summer, Leeds will require a new right-back in addition to Joe Rodon or someone else to replace The Welshman. Maybe a replacement for Willy Gnonto and Crysencio Summerville, as well as another central midfielder.

Leeds has never been strong in the no. 10 position; this season, Joel Piroe and Georginio Rutter have filled it, but neither is a natural 10; Joe Gelhardt, on the other hand, has had difficulty seeing any playing time.

Last season, the Whites made moves for Nadiem Amiri and Matt O’Riley, among others, in an attempt to fill that job, but nothing worked out. They began work early this summer, according to an Italian article.

Leeds is in negotiations to pay £3.5 million to sign a Swiss playmaker.

Serie A team Monza is reportedly attempting to sign Natan Girma from second-tier team Reggiana, according to a report from the Italian website Il Resto Del Carlino. This is after the “jewel” assisted on nine goals in the previous campaign.

With a height of 6 feet 3 inches, the 22-year-old Swiss star is a fixture that Reggiana does not want to lose. However, they are aware that Girma can be tempted by a move overseas, as Leeds and Watford are rumoured to be in talks to recruit the player.

Leeds has expressed interest in Girma and initiated negotiations with the player’s management over a potential transfer. Watford as well; Reggiana is seeking a price for the midfield player in the range of £2.5 million to £3.5 million.
