A scattergun approach to acquisitions has resulted in a number of underwhelming players throughout Nottingham Forest’s two Premier League seasons, but a respectable handful have been standout performers while they were with the team.
Morgan Gibbs-White is among those who has been a crucial addition to the Forest team since their 2022 Premier League comeback following a 23-year hiatus.
The inventive and dynamic attacking midfielder, who joined from Wolves after an outstanding season on loan at Sheffield United in the Championship, has been the first name on the team sheet nearly every week since his arrival and has frequently been the driving force behind much of Forest’s success since their top-flight comeback.
The 24-year-old has drawn the attention of multiple teams due to his impressive performance; Newcastle United is the most recent team to be connected to the Englishman. It is understood by GIVEMESPORT that a £60 million transfer may occur this summer.
