Harrison used Victor Orta’s relegation loan clause to join Everton after Leeds was relegated to The Championship at the end of the 2022–2023 season, and he showed promise in brief appearances for The Toffees last season.
He contributed to seven goals as Sean Dyche’s team survived a point deduction to avoid the drop. Orta’s loan provision allowed Harrison and the other player to play for a second season.
Marc Roca was the other, but Real Betis has made the decision to sign the left-footer on a long-term basis. Harrison is back at Goodison Park on loan, and he might now get back together with a man who failed to make an impression at Leeds.
